Me Vincent VALAI, Managing Partner, was born in Bordeaux, France in 1968. He is currently a member of the Quebec Law Society and the Canadian Bar Association.
After completing his studies in political sciences and law at the University of Quebec in Montreal, he acted as an advisor and Press attaché for the Office of Corporate and financial affairs of a 300,000 members North American union, UNITE. In 1998 he became an executive committee member of the international law section of the Canadian bar association (Quebec chapter). He chaired the NGO, Action Réfugiés Montreal and appeared in front the Canadian House of Commons Standing Committee on Citizenship and Immigration with regards to detention issues. In 2008, he was elected President of the board of directors of the Persian Law Association of Quebec.
In 1998 he founded with other colleagues, the International legal collective Thomas Sankara and represented the widow of late president Sankara and his children in front of the United Nation human rights committee and obtained a historical decision:

He also intervened in the case of Mr. Mourad Ikhlef, prior to his deportation to Algeria, where he was sentenced to death in absentia.
Mr. Valaï currently acts a legal advisor to major Canadian corporations and represent businesspersons interested in investing in Canada.
In December 2007, he was nominated by Honorable Primer Shawn Graham, as New Brunswick's ambassador for his significant contribution to New Brunswick's economy.
He was guest speaker in numerous conferences.
