Me Vincent VALAI, Managing Partner, immigrated from France to Canada, where he studied Political Sciences -International relations and law at the Faculté des Sciences Politiques et de Droit de l'Université du Québec à Montréal. He attended the Quebec Bar School in Montreal, and is member in good standing of the Quebec Bar Corporation and the Canadian Bar Association. He acted as a special advisor of the corporate and financial affairs office of a North American Union during a labor dispute. From 1998 to 2000 he was a member of the Board of directors of Canadian Bar Association's International Law Section-Quebec. He chaired the board of directors of Action Réfugiés Montréal (A.R.M.). He appeared in front of the Canadian House of Commons Standing Committee on Citizenship and Immigration with regard to the new Canadian legislation on immigration (C-11).
