Investors >   Possess net assets of at least Cad $ 800 000 acquired through legal economic activities; >   Have at least three years experience in management position (planning, direction and supervision of     human, material and financial resources) in an agricultural, industrial or commercial business or a     government or international agency; >   Undertake to invest for five years a minimum of Cad $400 000 through a securities broker recognized     by the Commission des valeurs mobilieres du Quebec ( Quebec Securities Commission) or a trust     company with whom you will sign an agreement.
